Minimum age for admission to class LKG is 3 years
to class UKG is 4 years and to
class 1 is 5 years at the beginning of the session (i.e.
on 1st April of the year). |
| b. |
Students who are under transfer from schools outside U.P.
must have their Transfer Certificates counter-signed by
the Inspector of Schools of the state concerned. |
| c. |
For admission to UKG and class I, parents are required
to submit a photocopy of the date of birth certificate
of their wards issued by a competent authority at the
time of registration. For admission to other classes a
certificate from the head of the institution where the
student is presently studying, will have to be produced
at the time of registration. The Original copy of the
Birth Certificate must be produced for verification when
required.
Admissions are made only in classes LKG( age 3+ as on
1st April of the academic year) UKG (4+) and class I
(5+) of every year. The number of possible vacancies at
the beginning of the year in the above classes are as
under:
LKG : 140
UKG : 60
Cl I : 25
Admissions to classes II to IX (only transfer cases) are
considered during the months of March-June. |

Two pass-port size photographs are required at the time
of registration. |

Prospectus and application form can be obtained from the
school office on payment of Rs.200/- in cash or by pay
order and completed application forms could be got
registered by paying a registration fee of Rs.600/-.
Alternatively the application form could be down loaded
from our website, duly filled and submitted at the
school office along with a registration fee of Rs.800/- |
| Examination &
Promotion: |
| a. |
The school prepares students for:
I.C.S.E. Examination (at the end of class X)
I.S.C. Examination (at the end of class XII) |
| b. |
Preparing the students for the Cambridge School
Certificate or 18 is under consideration. |
| c. |
Annual examination in all classes are held in March. |
| d. |
Cumulative assessment of the whole year's work is
considered for promotion, except in classes IX and XI,
where the norms will be different.
In classes IX and XI marks obtained by the students at
the Annual Examination (to be held in March every year)
alone will be taken into consideration for promotion. |
